Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a domicile of West Bengal
- Must belong to SC / ST / OBC category
- Must be studying in an institution recognized by a State or Central Government board / council / university
- Must have secured minimum 50% marks in the last qualifying examination
- Annual family income should not exceed ₹2,00,000 from all sources

Important Instructions & Guidelines
- As per the guidelines of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA), One-Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for ST students applying for both Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarships.
- Applicants must first log in to the NSP Portal and generate their OTR ID before submitting the scholarship application on oasis.gov.in.
- Enter your own caste certificate number correctly.
- Aadhaar details (Name, DOB, Gender) must match the caste certificate.
- Course and institution details must be selected carefully to avoid rejection.
- Provide an active mobile number that remains accessible throughout your course.
- Only one application per candidate is allowed.
- Bank account must be Aadhaar seeded and DBT enabled.
- Scholarship amount will be credited to the student’s own Aadhaar-linked bank account.
- Name in Banglar Shiksha Portal must match Aadhaar details (contact institution if mismatch).

- Select the district of your institution
- If studying outside WB, select permanent address district
- Verify Caste Certificate
- Enter Gender, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number

- Fill remaining academic and personal details
- Enter Bank Account Information
- Verify using OTP and Lock Application
