PM YASASVI Central Sector Scheme of Top Class Education in Schools for OBC, EBC and DNT Students 2025-26

Education is one of the most powerful tools for social empowerment and equal opportunity. Recognising this, the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJE), Government of India, has launched the PM YASASVI Central Sector Scheme of Top Class Education in Schools. This scheme is designed exclusively for students belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Backward Classes (EBC), and Denotified, Nomadic Tribes (DNT). By providing financial support for schooling from Class 9 to Class 12, the scheme ensures that bright and talented students are not deprived of quality education due to financial constraints.

This initiative is being implemented with the active support of State Governments and the National Scholarship Portal (NSP). It aims to fully cover the education expenses of eligible students, enabling them to complete their secondary education in top-class schools across India.
