Labour and ESI Department, Government of Odisha, has invited online applications for the Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana Scholarship 2024-25 for the children of registered Building and Other Construction Workers (BOC Workers) in the state. The scholarship aims to encourage education among children from construction worker families and support them financially in their academic journey.
The application deadline has now been extended till 30 September 2025, giving more time for eligible students to apply through the official Odisha State Scholarship Portal.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha.
- Open to all category students (SC/ST/OBC/SEBC/EBC/General).
- Must be a child of a registered Building and Other Construction Worker with at least one year continuous registration under the OB&OCWW Board.
- Should not be receiving any other state or central government scholarship.
- Maximum two children from a family can avail this scholarship.
