Eligibility Criteria
for M.Sc Nursing
- The candidate must be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (or equivalent) with any State Nursing Registration Council.
- The candidate should have passed B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Hons. Nursing, or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
- A minimum of one year of work experience is required after completing Basic B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing (Hons), starting from the date of registration as an RNRM.
- A minimum of one year of work experience is required either before or after completing Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, starting from the date of registration as an RNRM.
for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- (i) Only female candidates are eligible.
- (ii) The candidate must have passed the 12th class under the 10+2 system of education or an equivalent examination from a recognized board/university. (Those who have passed 10+1 on or before 1986 are also eligible.)
- (iii) A Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) from any institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council is required.
- (iv) RN RM (Registered Nurse Registered Midwife) registration with any State Nursing Council is mandatory.
For Bachelor of Physiotherapy, B.Sc. Nursing & Allied Health Science Courses
- (i) The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- (ii) The candidate must have passed the 12th class under the 10+2 scheme, Senior School Certificate Examination, Intermediate Science, or an equivalent examination from a recognized University/Board of any Indian State, with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects. Candidates must pass individually in all subjects.
- (iii) The candidate must have appeared in NEET (UG)-2024.
- (iv) Only female candidates are eligible for the B.Sc. Nursing and GNM courses.
