Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, a candidate must:
- Be a full-time regular B.Tech student (any year – 1st to 4th).
- Be enrolled in an AICTE/UGC-approved institution.
- Have cleared all subjects in a single attempt.
- Have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale.

IET India Scholarship Selection Process
The selection involves 4 competitive stages:
Stage 1: Online Application & Evaluation

Top 10 percentile from each region advance to Stage 2.
Stage 2: Online Test
