Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Haryana Consolidated Stipend Scheme applicants must meet these requirements:
- Must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
- Belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category.
- Must be enrolled in a Government college in Haryana.
