Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an Indian citizen
- Must be a domicile of Odisha
- Must be an orphan child
- Belong to any category: General, SC, ST, OBC/SEBC, or EBC
- Must be pursuing studies at I.T.I., I.T.C., Polytechnic, or Diploma level
Scholarship Benefits

Note:
All eligible ST, SC, OBC/SEBC, and EBC students must generate a One Time Registration (OTR) number on the National Scholarship Portal (scholarships.gov.in) and enter it in OSSP to apply for the Post-Matric Scholarship under the ST & SC Development and M&BCW Department.
If you already have an OTR number, simply provide it and continue your application.
How to Apply Online for Odisha Laptop DBT Scheme 2025-26
- Register at https://scholarship.odisha.gov.in/ if you are a new user. Existing users can click Login.
- Enter your Aadhaar number and proceed.
- Log in using your User ID and Password.
- After logging in, go to the Apply Scholarship section.
- Select the Department and Scheme name.
- Fill in all required details – student info, academic info, eligibility details, and bank information.
- Click Save as Draft to review later or Next to continue.
- Preview the completed form, download it, and take a printout.
