Bihar ITI Counselling 2024: Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) BCECE Board invites online registration and choice filling for seat allotment for the Bihar Industrial Training Institute Competitive Admission Test (ITI CAT) Counselling 2024. The entrance test results were declared on 24 June 2024, by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.
Eligible candidates can fill up their choices and lock their seats online at the BCECE Board official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in, from 22 July 2024, to the last date, 4 August 2024.

- Copy of Aadhar Card.
- 6 (Six) passport size photographs that were pasted on the ITICAT-2024 Admit Card.
- Original Admit Card of ITICAT-2024.
- Rank Card of ITICAT-2024.
- Copy of the Choice Slip after Registration and Choice filling for Online Counselling.
- Downloaded print of the Online filled Application Form (Part-A & Part-B [Hardcopy]) for ITICAT-2024.
- Three copies of the downloaded Provisional Allotment Order.
- The Verification Slip (in 2 copies) along with the Biometric Form (in 1 copy) must be brought at the time of the interview/Document Verification.
Steps of ITICAT-2024 Counselling Process
- Visit the Official Website: click on the “Online Counselling Portal of ITICAT-2024.”
- New Registration: Click on the “Click here for New Registration” link. Enter the required information on the computer screen to complete your registration.
- Login: Use your User ID and Password to log into your account.
- Choice Filling: Fill in as many choices of institutes and trades according to your preference.
- Choice Locking: Once satisfied with your choices, lock them.
- Final Locking : Lock your final choices.
- Print Choices: Print out your filled choices and keep them safe for future reference.
Note: The process of registration, choice locking, and unlocking will be done through OTP authentication, which will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID. The registered mobile number and email ID cannot be changed under any circumstances.
