What is the Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program?
Launched in 2024 by the Bharti Airtel Foundation, the Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program is a merit-cum-means scholarship aimed at helping deserving students from different socio-economic backgrounds. The program especially supports girl students and students from underrepresented groups to pursue technology-focused engineering degrees at top 50 NIRF-ranked institutes in India.
The students selected for this program are honored as Bharti Scholars.

Eligibility for Bharti Airtel Scholarship 2025-26?
To be eligible for the Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program 2025-2026, you must:
- Be an Indian citizen and resident
- Have confirmed admission for the academic year 2025-26 in:
- Electronics & Communication
- Telecom
- IT / Computer Science / Data Science
- Aerospace
- AI, IoT, AR/VR, Machine Learning, Robotics
- Be enrolled in a top 50 NIRF-ranked engineering institute (as per 2024 rankings)
- Have a family income of less than ₹8.5 lakhs/year
- Not be receiving any other similar scholarship
Preference will be given to:
- Girl students
- Persons with disabilities
- Students with single/no parents
- Transgender students
Required Documents

- Aadhaar Card
- Admission Letter & Fee Structure
- Class 12 Marksheet
- JEE or Entrance Exam Scorecard
- Income Proof (ITR or Income Certificate)
- Bank Statements (last 6 months)
- Bank details (self, parent/guardian, institution)
- Recent passport-size photo
- SOP (Statement of Purpose)
- Proof of extra-curriculars (if any)
- Rent agreement/PG receipts (if applicable)
