Eligibility Criteria for NSP Top Class Education Scholarship for Students with Disabilities 2025
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
- Must have benchmark disability of 40% or more with a valid disability certificate.
- Must be pursuing Graduate or Postgraduate Degree/Diploma courses in Institutes of Excellence notified by the Department.
- Parental income should not exceed ₹8 lakh per annum.
- Not more than two children with disabilities from the same parents are eligible (both in case of twins).
- The applicant should not be availing any other scholarship at the same time.
- This scholarship is not applicable for distance learning or part-time courses.
- Students repeating a class are not eligible for the scholarship again for the same class.

- Student photograph
- Income certificate (duly signed by Revenue Authority/Tehsildar)
- Aadhaar card or enrollment number
- Disability certificate
- Previous year mark sheet
- Current year tuition fee receipt
- Bank passbook or cancelled cheque
- Bill/receipt for purchase of computer and assistive devices (if applicable)
