Eligibility Criteria for e-Medhabruti Scholarship 2025
- Must be a permanent resident of Odisha.
- Open to all categories (SC/ST/OBC/SEBC/EBC/General).
- Family income should not exceed ₹8 lakh per annum.
- Minimum 55% marks in the last qualifying examination.
- Students must apply in the 1st year of their course.
- Odisha students studying outside Odisha can also apply.
- Applicant should not receive any other state/central scholarship.
- Diploma course students are not eligible under Technical & Professional Merit category.
Course-wise Eligibility:
- UG Courses: Passed CHSE Odisha / Class XII or equivalent with minimum 55% marks. Must be pursuing a regular +3 degree.
- PG Courses: Passed +3 degree or equivalent with minimum 55% marks. Must be pursuing a regular PG course.
- Technical & Professional Courses: Passed +2 / +3 with minimum 55% marks. Must be pursuing recognized Technical/Professional graduation, integrated, or master’s courses.

How to Apply Online for e-Medhabruti Scholarship 2025?
- Visit the official portal: scholarship.odisha.gov.in
- Click on Registration and enter your Aadhaar number.
- Receive User ID & Password on registered mobile/email.
- Log in to the portal using credentials.
- Fill in details (personal, academic, eligibility, bank).
- Save as draft or proceed to next step.
- Preview the form, download and take a printout for records.

Selection Process
- Selection is based on marks obtained in the last qualifying exam.
- Merit list will be prepared district-wise and block-wise.
- Students will be selected in descending order of merit until the quota is filled.
- In case of a tie, preference will be given to students with lower family income.
